5 Minute DIY: Felt Fortune Cookies [Video]

felt fortune cookie diy

Today I wanna show you how to make a quick (I mean really quick!) DIY craft for your Valentines. We’re making felt fortune cookies.

You could make these big or small, from felt, fabric, paper, or even aluminum foil (which would be really cool by the way). Add a little love note or some treats and your done.

Here’s a quick video that walks you through making these for your loves. And keep an eye out for a future video on making really big fortune cookie pillows. You’re gonna love ’em!

We’re making these for Lola’s class to go with some bookmarks she made by ripping up some magazines (don’t ask, she’s really proud). Have a great weekend, my sweets!

P.S. The knitting is going well-ish and I think I might stick with it. Watch out for a new beginner knitting challenge in February!

14 Valentines for Him & Her

14 valentines for him and her by craftforest.com

Inspired by Amber over at Crappy Pictures, this year I’m taking Valentine’s Day back from the small people. Stop eating my candy and globing all the love, you adorable little mooches! Okay, maybe you can have some of my candy (that I , um, buy for myself on sale the next day), but leave the coconut ones un-poked because I actually love them.
